The  NOS at Home  program is a program that takes care of the integral health of your kitchen and consists in bringing healthy food and care to your home.

The Agent  NOS Escola ( www.nosescola.com.br )  is the graduate from the school, who received the seal of Agent NOS  while passing the official training of  the NOS at Home program and will represent the values ​​and concepts learned, in your home, while spreading the knowledge of an integral healthy kitchen.

The program consists of 20 hours of personalized and home care, including:

  • Previous analysis of your kitchen as a whole: utensils, appliances, refrigerator, pantry, daily food habits …
  • Qualitative evaluation of ingredients and presentation of healthier options
  • 1/2 day at the organic local market and other natural stores to buy the ingredients we will use to cook together
  • Learning how to read products’ label
  • Hygiene and storage of fresh food
  • Refrigerator and pantry organization
  • Separation of waste (garbage) for disposal
  • 10 hours are allocated to cooking together healthy recipes you will choose from the recipe book prepared by Nos Escola
  • Assembling creatively plates

In addition to training, the program also includes the delivery of a special kit consisting of:

  • 1 personalized bag
  • 1 ceramic knife and vegetable peeler
  • 1 custom apron
  • File folder with printed recipes
  • Training Completion Certificate

The goal?
We know that eating well and being nourished is a whole process. It goes through a long chain of events before it finally reaches our mouth.

It all starts with the choice of ingredients: they should be fresh, organic, ideally from small local producers, wholegrain and seasonal. Then the care goes around your kitchen, first how you sanitize the products you just bought, second how you store them, third how you cook them, so that after all this travel, you arrive to the ritual of eating. This also has its importance. How do you eat. Do you eat sitting at the table or running around on the street? Or in front of the computer? Are you focused on what you are doing, that is to say eating, analyzing flavors, textures, colors…? or distracted by TV, cell phone?

The quality of your digestion, the enjoyment you will have in eating, the absorption of nutrients by your body, all depends on the quality of each step of this process.
